I really haven't experienced this sentiment. It sounds like you had a bad experience. Scrum can be amazing depending on who is implementing it. Even 7 years ago at AWS, micromanagement wasn't and couldn't afford to be a thing

Id love to know how you got your first clients. After being at AWS for about 3 years, I have been working in humanoid robotics in Japan for another 3 years and am really eager to do something on my own and get out of the Japanese work-life
