if anything I would think that person would write same code but without PR would lost the opportunity of having better quality. People are blind to own mistakes. I can't count how many times I would stare at a code not seeing something

my intent with pagination is always to prevent problems with open ended size of data set. 1000 at once is usually not a problem but 10x , 100x etc.. is a big problem for transferring over the wire.

I would say this is totally false. I am working for Canadian office of US company and travel to the US on average once a month for meetings. Doing that for 10+ years and if anything I noticed I get fewer questions at the US border lately.

What I did in the past is to use the highest marginal tax rate for both corp tax and personal tax and leave that aside as our Dutch friend said it is actually a nice bonus at the end so you feel 2x better
