IMO Grafana is definitely the best o11y tool when you are just starting out. But it isn't built for scale. When you have to analyze petabytes of logs, something custom built for this like CtrlB might be more helpful.

I run an agency that works for multiple clients, which means I have multiple emails. I often check the wrong OTP while screensharing with a client. This is godsend for me!

our officers don’t have time to comb through every transcript, fixing it for privacy, empathy, and all that. But keeping the transcripts is still a big win: more info in police records can make police officers more data-driven :)

We are a Series B startup <150 people. We use corporate cards but have limited it to VP+ only. Nothing else.

No need to depend on non-tech CEOs in early days if you can speak with (prospective) customers yourself. Just reach out to a few in your network and show them an initial prototype
