there are many reasons for this, but I can only comment that they should have left GIS alone, and not let ACS divest. They'd have been stronger this decade with those performing assets. so yeah, thanks Carl.

It seems the affected update file seems to have been over written with 0s on the 42kb file, whereas the before and after sys files have obfuscated ays/config file info as expected.

I think it's because they are very intelligent vs fish or sheep. The arbitrary line seems to be intelligence but I am not saying it's a good line.
