I created a sheet which shows the same calculation as above. It shows how when the selling price increases with respect to reference price(agreed between seller and broker) both benefit. Actual listing price on MLS does not have to be same

How about following: asking/reference price is determined at the time of signing the contract. "For every 1% change in the selling price, seller broker will get 10% change in commission rate. i.e. Sell price Seller b

I do agree that we need a language with static typing so that one can have some level of confidence before releasing the code to production. Having said that python definitely is much better than javascript.

I agree. If noSQL/SQL vendors start providing a common query mechanism for both SQL and coSQL, it will lead to huge adoption of noSQL products resulting in a huge transformational effect on data persistence.
