I've had the Nexus 4 for over a week now. For me the glass shattered where the speaker hole is located. I checked the mall everyday for a Nexus 4 case. Pretty annoying. Aside from that I really love the phone and 4.2. There should be cases

It is a boostrap component/plugin. From what I can tell this is a wysiwyg HTML editor that you drop in your bootstrap based web pages - rather than a boostrap style/grid editor.
