Backup generators, pre stocked fuel, and manual pumps are all cheap ways to provide redundancy. Providing redundancy for EV fleet vehicles is much more expensive. It all relies on the cost of the battery going down.

There's a pretty steep learning curve to langchain. I recommend avoiding it if you don't need higher level of abstractions.
