I think one of the problems is that people will treat these as the same. They follow Buffet's lead because the end goal is money. Everything else is a number on a spreadsheet

The article agrees with you that, for learning tools, "on-demand" or "just-in-time" learning is advantageous. This applies for the things that you point out as being commonly cobbled together. However, for learning whole
