Ghostery + NoScript does just fine. Apparently people don't know but, NoScript also blocks flash, silverlight, and html5 videos/storage. I didn't even know Youtube had Ads until I went to a friend's house. Adblock is one

Read the source of your target language, mature projects, and find some style guides. There's going to be some contradictions in style, but you'll figure out what works best sooner than you might think.

I don't know if they're any that have been open-source but I've made a few with ease. Cordova has a nice plugin repository so you can use pretty much the entire device with nothing but JavaScript calls via ClojureScript =>

I've been writing Clojure almost exclusively for 3 or 4 years and it's just amazing. Core.async, Quil, Om, Chestnut, ClojureScript, ClojureScript + Apache Cordova, and I could go on forever.

This is great! I can barely remember my editor/IDE days before Emacs. I mean there was nano, pico, vi, vim, Gedit, and on to Eclipse, but Emacs was the only one that allowed me to work the way that I think.

I still have a hard time believing NK did this without any definitive evidence. Wasn't it last December that NK was sending fax messages to communicate with SK? Now they can download Terabytes from Sony without anyone noticing?
