also reading the comments. they didn't even start with rails. It was originally written in Python. Feels like distro hopping. I'd be interesting to see the $$$ value add of moving from Python -> Rails -> TS with React.

I recently re-discovered the existence Choose Your Own Adventure books ( https://www.cyoa.com/ ) and will be gifting a few to my niece and nephew. I am hoping that it will provide some nice tech-free entertainment.
