    Thanks for the update. Am I understanding the ACH payment flow correctly: 1) Send a user an invoice 2) The user copies the auto-generated bank details and manually initiates a transfer from their bank?

    I would suggest finding a forum that your target audience visits. If they respond well to your idea they might just turn into your first few customers.

    How did the engineers who designed that process get hired? What was wrong with the process that landed you your existing team? Lastly...why are the engineers coming up with the hiring process anyway? Is this common in other professions?
