You would have some lockable boxes for documents and what not, although some stuff you would need to leave out in the open. We've got an alarm system and cameras and we also screen potential tenants which is the best we can do in an open of

I think it's zoned as commercial so I think that means you can't live in it. Also there are no showers, so that might not be great for your personal life
