It's worth mentioning SwiftUI goes beyond the Landmarks app example, and bridges into complex custom UIs as well including shapes and core graphics. This isn't supported well (yet) in react native (and not sure about Flutter).

I had many of your concerns early on but having just built an app in react-native, I think those concerns gradually went away. If you're a native developer, it should be relatively easy to get the app to look and feel great.

To be fair, dealing with fake news doesn't mean taking posts down. He mentioned just showing a warning next to stories flagged as false -- much like how spam is treated in our emails.
