That's not actually how Nostr works. It is a hub (relay) and spoke (client) architecture where clients can connect and publish to N relays. No ledger and no propagation.

I have a Samsung smart TV. When I got it and connected to my WiFi I saw all the phone homes coming from it on my PiHole. I hooked up an Intel NUC with Linux on it and factory reset the TV and blackholed it's MAC. No more spying.
