I assume you're deriving the 23¢ from the 23% they have banked, but I would like to note that of that 23%, roughly a third (3.3bn of 9.7bn) was with SVB. The rest was with other banks not facing the same issue.

Generally you aren't limited in how much you can sell. If Tesla deposits $270m worth, the exchange won't stop them from selling. I think you mean withdraw (there are pretty strict limits on how much you can withdraw)

Ah, a soft fork focused on SegWit transactions. Every time I try and follow along with the latest in Bitcoin I just don't get that excited. I think that's part of the point, though. "Hard money" and all.
