I lift weight 3 times a week an hour each day. Look into Starting Strength, 5x5, or any simple programs that focus on progressive overloading. I got to 405 lbs squat and deadlift at 170 lbs bodyweight this way. Measure your progress similar

100mb per file and supports 1000s of files. I keep long blog posts that I converted into epub in another account so that I'm less likely to hit the limits. You can switch accounts with two clicks

Thanks for sharing. For those who haven't tried, Google Play Books is really good. It's free, cross-platform (plus web), you can upload epub, and syncs annotations across devices. I switched from jailbroken Kindle to android e-ink

I've been using it for a couple of years. One problem I have is that the idle cpu usage goes up to 10-20% after a while on my Mac. Drops back to ~1% after restarting the app

One of my all time favorite apps got an update and I just wanted to share it with the community. I've been using it for 8 years and logged 1152 workouts as of today. Just a heads up, it's only available on Android.
