Look up some Harvard Business Review Case Studies [1] to get some real world examples. Studying high level thoery out of books is pretty worthless IMO. Industries are very specialized and specific. This is really a field that is very diffic

So we allocate 0.0001% of that 2 trillion stimulus package that just passed to educate and train people on it. Worst WORST case is nothing comparable to the worst case we could face otherwise. This is an insignificant problem.

Awful policy. The fed needed to hold off on this and the previous rate cut until Congress finally passed a useful bill. Powell had all the power to force Congress to act and he's blown it again.
