as far as comms goes - nothing can speed it up - but yes the idea of using relays makes comms more reliable/repairable

agree that neutrality is a tale - in trying to emit less, we emit more for the short term its probably not an exaggeration to say that all the conveniences, innovations and economic growth of the past 100 years rely on fossil derived energy
