The problem I see with the tools in general is that to make the request you need to hand over information. Yeah, it might get deleted from their database, but now your info is probably in some intern’s mailbox who’s part of the distribution

I want to make a public blacklist of people who pass off AI writing as their own words. In my view it is tantamount to fraud. It should be disclosed at the top of the page if AI was used.

And most of that growth is just garbage. I'm not even anti-AI, but just look at the quality of projects on GitHub these days. The site is full of spam, it's not a place for professionals anymore.
