Data Pipeline was a great version 1 of this idea, but the lack of functionality in the UI really killed it for me. It seemed inevitable that I would end up just writing the JSON configuration by hand.

PHP is an utter failure. Why on earth would one use "secure" as a subdomain? I can tell it's secure because it uses HTTPS. Also get a grip on reality and stop using SHA-1.

You're right, most universities dictate what style you should use. However, if you wanted to publish your thesis for your own personal use it might be nice to port it to this clean thesis format.
