   No bones, unless I miss one in the can of salmon. Mostly just threeish pounds of beef every day. Just passed five years. Not tempted to cheat because I’m stuffed all the time lol. Got inspired from Jordan Peterson’s daughter. A dear friend

   I wonder if they did eat some plants, but just didn’t get enough fiber? I eat no fiber (strict carnivore) but have no problem with regular bowel movements.
