Yes, but its quite unfortunate in that you cannot do what you want with the data you pay for. Even in plan which not unlimited when I buy in visiting USA, I cannot even use the x GB I purchase without restriction. I should not need to resor

Tethering is idiot expensive in USA. Every provider will DPI and block it or throttle it. It's awful.

I do not mind as much using my own mobile if it is a TOTP standard that I do not need to install spyware for. I have already TOTP apps that I can add QR and it's not costly or difficult. Any kind of third party internet required app? D

ACH takes days to weeks to clear anyway, especially if new sender or large amounts = untrusted. There is no real exception handling so you are given the amount on credit. https://engineering.gusto.com/how-ach-works-a-develop
