   For me, I'd like people were compensated fairly for their time and investment, but only once. Then, we will not have to think about this stupid dilemmas. I wish copyright did not exist, or for it to be really short. I prefer the former

   I will think that code has an audience and it's audience should be explicit. As long as the expectations are correct, it will just be 'sufficiently analyzed magic' and not only sorcery.

   Exceptions break normal encapsulation mechanisms but as long as you code is exception safe, nobody cares, it's just that exceptions are the new goto, and nobody likes goto. However they are only few good reasons to use goto, and exceptions
