Heavy regulation (due to customers protection) prevents small players to engage the market. Without few millions and an army of lawyers, you can't.

I had so many problems due to bytecode enhancement throwing raging ClassCastExceptions that I'll not even try version 2. From now, my new projects are in JEE6.

I already looked at the possibility of incorporating in Delaware/Nevada. It's quite easy, but opening a "real" bank account and registering with Stripe will require an american SSN. And for the co-founder, I do not search a soulless paperwo
