   So, it costs perf every time it’s read, instead of when it’s written (once). And of course has a lot of overhead to store metadata. Bad design. As usual.

   CGNAT is a guarantee that you have plausible deniability on the internet. NAT is also a guarantee that you are not addressable from the internet. It’s a feature.
