Affected by this, and unless I'm reading the docs wrong 5 months is a bit of a PR exaggeration. Health insurance is longer but pay and vesting end mid-March.

I guess that's exactly why I thought it was a bit snobby ... internet folks trashing the preferences of 99 percent of the population. Having a tree is pretty hard where I live now but pretty normal back in the Midwest.
