   honestly, i think you can just look at the network tab and see the "content" of the skills. Same has been true for their excel addin and bunch of other things.

   Being on the other side of the AI machine changes the perspective of whether it is dangerous or not, I guess.

   I think this might be "white/gray" hackers/wannabes trying to find vulnerabilities in government systems. And overwhelming them by their sheet numbers unintentionally.
