Many hosters limit the length of the video (whereas for gifs they limit the file size) so for certain videos it might make sense to use gifs instead.

I believe the flaw is in assuming a Lego figure is not in 1:1 scale. So instead of upscaling the Lego figure we should just down-scale "earth" (in reality now Lego-earth) and re-run these numbers with Lego-earth gravity.

Yea I don't understand what the parent comment wants to say. You need to have a lookup structure (even if its only a bit) and then you can do one pass over the string. The lookup or adding a character doesn't count as a pass. And

Well you can also use a single byte bitmap and check if a bit for a character was already set. That gets real fast real quick.

I don't drink coffee. I prefer to sleep when I need rest. But I trink a lot of water. And as I like it cold I am fetching new once throughout the day. That gets me away from the screen and allows me to talk to peers (who drink coffee).
