Both in a way. I'd say it gets worse outside the context window it seems to get worse due to compression and loss of detail. Even in a single context window it's hard to keep ideas and branches clean and remember important insight

And competition comes from creating a competitive market. Rent seeking behaviour is not new. This is monopolistic behaviour that should be regulated. I agree that capping fees is not solving the crux of the problem though.

Extraction and manufacturing are considered the primary and secondary economic sectors. In a closed loop system, tertiary and onward sectors, like services and technology, cannot exist without the primary and secondary.
