Concrete is awesome. No roots, flat and a predictable response (non) on hitting it. Just do not strike with your heels first and train slowly and methodically(not just running, this is true for walking as well).

There are no shares. It is a GmbH, which means a group of people(1-x, persons or other legal identidies) owns the company... There should be public records of owners you can follow. Understanding German and swiss law is probably helpful.

I think you overestimate how hard it is to add spyware to a system. Esp. if said system is not a unique design. And things like SMM makes it really easy to hide this stuff. E.g. I would trash the computer bacause you really can not be sure
