I have a 972 number. Caller ID recently made it look like I'd received calls from Israel and Peru, but it was had dropped the US country code (+1) and making it look like the calls were from +971 (Israel) and +51x (Peru).

They already provide their own insurance. My brother's Model Y, that he has Tesla insurance for in CA, makes wonky noises when he's engaging in unsafe driving (not looking at the road, breaking too late, etc) and he said it might
