While I don't think they'd be so heavy handed, I do agree that lifting content directly from their website and using it as part of your application probably wont give the best first impression. Also it looks like you're using a standard web

As far as I am aware, the link to the comments section appears as 'discuss' until there are one or more comments, at which point it changes to 'x comments'.

I'm quite partial to LeechBlock for Firefox, personally. I can set certain times of day when my 'procrastinating' sites are available, give myself 5 minutes per hour to slack off, and (sort-of) prevent myself from disabling it too easily.

Lightweight and straightforward - I like it. Looks great on my iphone, but there seems to be a bug where whenever I check off an item, it moves the next item to the top and checks it as well.
