Flatpak is great for installing, but as a happy Aurora user, it’s annoying and it breaks things all the time. Every desktop app i use has some broken feature. Sandboxes as another permissions panel suck. Simple browser-like permissions that

Yeah dude. If he spent more time complaining on forums instead of lobbying against regulation meant to protect children from his own abusive platform, the world would be better. Take your puritan work ethic and shove it.

It sucks how much of the world is built by people who glorify putting in 6 days and 4 nights a week, then put that effort towards stuff like Facebook. It’s so uncool to be critical thinking at all with these types. Accept the mission statem

Jcenters, whoever you are, kill this awful website. It reflows the width on scroll, the top bar occupies 1/5 of my phone, nobody wants whatever the fucking AI expanded blog slop you are selling. This isn’t clever, it’s just annoying.

I’m tired of people acting so naive past the point of zip-tying entire apartment buildings and building concentration camps. White supremacist manners and politeness are disgusting.

All of society is heading towards an incredibly unpopular future. Nobody wants this. Tech was a mistake. I wish them all failure and shame. Feel bad and quit

I usually feel bad for laid off engineers, but these guys profited off of pump and dump wealth-funneling to the rich. Sucks to suck. They all played a part in normalizing scams.

Our system is designed so there is always a politician who folds for big business. The rest all hem and haw until it’s their turn to take the fall. They spread out the evil, we vote for lesser evils, and we all condemn extremism. Democracy.

The only thing any of that has to do with the US is that the US backed that theocracy! We cannot unilaterally violate all international law and sovereignty without Congress and our allies… that’s obvious though so what are you talking about

Agreed. Publishers need to be knocked off this absurd moral high ground. If merely being rich is enough for me to profit off of Miles Davis songs for decades after his death, copyright is just another wealth redistribution to the rich. Stea

Emergency notifications are done the same way! Its communism to fucking build it, so let’s have a team of a few engineers make an API to control government infrastructure from incompetent contractors on AWS, offer no real means of testing,
