The reason for the 6 digits is probably linked to PCI DSS compliance where agents are allowed to view the first 2 and last 4 of stored card numbers.

Alternating which hand uses the mouse fixed a lot of my issues. I use it on my left during the day and right at night. I leave the buttons all set to right handed use.

Please can you kill your Chrome IE plugin popup (on IE7), if I had an alternative way of browsing your site on a corporate machine I already would do, dropping a massive popup covering the content that I can't get past doesn't help.
