This is kinda my thought too. You can also look at it as a "perk" of the more expensive ticket. First class passengers on an airplane are the only ones that get a full meal on most domestic air travel. How is this different?

As far as I'm aware, the cheering is outside of the main control room (which is where the broadcasters are). Also: there are no people on board. If it blows up, it's "only" money that's lost.

This is an awesome idea! Any plans to implement Fargate as an option? You mention the limitations of Lambda and Fargate pretty much takes care of all of those, without needing to provision EC2.

Those are great to have. I will say that 3100mAh is pretty low and wouldn't even fully charge most smartphones. 20kmAh batteries can be purchased for less than $100, and 10k-15k mAh for less than $50. A good idea to have just in case.

Holy shit. That is one hell of a rough start to ~2021~ 2022. As others have said, talking to someone can really help - when you're ready. Only other advice would be to hug your dogs. Sometimes they're better than therapy.

Yes, your coworkers know. I for one am generally very vocal about it to my manager. People that aren't pulling their weight make my life harder. You could be doing more and making your teammates live's better. Be better.

Not just consistency, but customer service. It's gone down a bit in recent years, but Amazon is still amazing at it. I can actually chat with someone, almost instantly, if I'm having a problem. Having had to deal with flight delay

Because politicians in the US exist to accept bribes for personal gain. Very few of them seem to give two shits about anyone besides themselves. Especially on the right side of the aisle.
