1. That is another issue, the USPTO issuing patents that shouldn't be issued. 3. They don't seem to be against patents, just against non-practicing entities. Did you even read the article?

It does more then substitution $ git pull There is no tracking information for the current branch. Please specify which branch you want to rebase against. See git-pull(1) for details. git pull <remote> <branch>
