Howard Marks has a useful exercise on where we are in the cycle called Taking the Markets Temperature. I'd add my opinion is that (specifically financial and not technological) there are few arguments to say we are early in the cycle.

(NOT A DOCTOR BUT) I imagine 10–15 years ago that kind of procedure would’ve meant days in a hospital and serious risk. Now it’s outpatient. Amazing stuff. Makes me wonder what other “already here” medical tech is hiding in plain sight.
