This is where !g comes in handy. In my experience how you search ddg is a bit different from how you search google and it may require some time to get used to but for me what ddg offers is far more interesting than what google does e.g. con

I often use `git grep something | vim -` which puts list of files into vim with line numbers, and then I do `gF` to get to file and particular line.

I've been getting this only when redirected from DDG via !g in FF (and not Chrome for example). I've this even if Google is set as my default search engine.
