I think it would be pretty good. Less employers needing graphics programming, but a lot less candidates. I've been trying to hire someone with some graphics programming experience and so far have had a lot of trouble finding candidates

Why is it unsustainable? After enough time, most people who would use it for free already are. Now, the goal is to either get rid of the free users or convert them to paid users.

You're not wrong. We don't have any paying customers, but we've had discussions with people from dozens of companies, and those are the ones we chose to advertise. Only a couple are people we knew beforehand.
