   This! is the most practical and feasible solution. But, it also means that you take the path with least resistance. If OP really cares about the company/product, he would do this, and then openly talk to the lead about his shortcomings

   Fantastic stuff! Truly novel reading experience. The biggest challenge for you to build tools around this. Expecting writers to know basic web development is a huge ask. You need a tool like Adobe Indesign [1] or Amazon's Kindle book p

   But the question was number of programmers, Not in any particular sub-domain. Theoretically, even mathematicians can be called as programmers, only that they deal in Language called as Mathematics
