i went looking for pricing info and it's the last item in the last menu on the website... it's not exactly up front. i was looking for a "pricing" top-level menu item first, which is pretty standard nowadays.

most of the time folks are fermenting ginger beer, it's just to carbonate it. ginger beer isn't usually fermented to produce alcohol like a normal beer. since there is so much sugar available in ginger beer, fermenting/carbon

I'm from Rome (East of Syracuse) and I don't really have any good canal stories. I actually live near Rochester now and we go on bike rides on the canal trail pretty frequently. It's quite flat and a little boring but pretty.

this is a very VC-brained comment to make on a peer-to-peer open source project. let's instead ask if there are any single points of failure to the protocol and service, and if so, are those sustainable regarding developer time, effort
