I’ve heard this argument before but I don’t get it. It’s trivial to setup your code editor to format on save. Why do people not do that but rather complain about files linter checks on CI?

ok, that makes sense. A better Helm would be nice. timoni.sh is getting better and better, but Cue is a big hurdle. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of the yaml-hell that crossplane is either. But as a Terraform replacement systeminit.

Looks promising but it starts with a (justified) rant about terraform and then goes into how to replace Helm. I am confused. Can yoke be used to create and manage infrastructure or just k8s resources?

Increased productivity has to more, not less toiling in the last 50 or so years. This is not gonna be different with AGI (if it ever happens). Some people will get very rich while the rest is still gonna work just as much as they are now.

It’s not integrated well into the UI and thus a big hassle to use. Much easier to just checkout the branch and create a commit (or just write a comment…)

Here you can scan what you buy with your phone and when you exit the store pay with app. I can pack the things straight in my bike bag and just walk out of the store. So much more convenient than everything else.
