Why should Europe feel responsible for these people ? Europe has a ton of problems with roma people and the poor. Why should a newly integrated Syrian cook should earn more than a middle aged women in Romania ?

Well. Emacs is trying to be everything and is extremely powerful. VS on the other hand is better in its own domain than Emacs.

I do not have the statistics but you can earn that much elsewhere and pay less rent & other costs of living. Well so unless you are a briton or you love the country / city too much I do not see a reason not to move elsewhere.

I use Safari on Mac because it's good enough and I use Chrome anywhere else because I am used to it and it's also good enough. I need simple,stable and fast. I do not really care about features or security at this point.
