I prefer a gui and use magit in emacs. But everytime I ask someone they act offended that I'd even think they'd use a GUI instead of the CLI. I really really like gitkraken as well but I wouldn't pay for that.

You need to be really good at time management and have to be able to bullshit to get out of conflicting meetings. One of the reasons I'm a bit scared to do it is the meetings.

He provides no solid foundation from which to work on. It's basically 'just talk it out and figure it out yourself'. Most companies don't have the idealistic teams he envisions where everyone is happy and collaborative.
