wow ! I always thought H1B was bad -- but this would be would be so much worse. With H1B, I was merely prevented from seeking employment elsewhere or walking away from the job but I was still protected by the laws and had some rights.

If you are using Java to crawl the web , I would suggest using Jsoup for data extraction -- you can extract data with jquery like methods.

That is good to hear. However, given the popularity of YC, I am assuming that most of the applicants are in advanced stages of development when they apply.
