Such can be muted with proper nutrition. The brain runs on carbs. Efficient diet keeps blood from being redirected to digestion while still getting energy and nutrition? Further, acetylcholine and nootropics switch to protein burning (makes

They have high turnover across the board. Another reason they don't do the typical 25%/year stock vest. 5% vests each of the first 2 years, with a catch up at year 3.

Many do it by 38-42. Less and less likely to happen, given what's transpired in the last decade or 2.

I wonder if they really think the powers that be will allow them to retire early. Most will be working until 75+, unless the socialism/automation conspiracy theory comes to fruition.

Need to save at least 50% of take-home salary into a high-yield investment account. One-way street. Even during retirement, you'd be scraping out only the interest/DRIP. Further, always pay cash (ie, avoid debt). Even for a car. E

They do have some basic algorithm that weighs each review/reviewer. The average shown isn't a raw one. Some reviews count more than others. Then add in fakespot.com..

Consider a raw milk diet for a while. Maybe probiotics and prebiotics. CRON-o-meter. There's such a thing as stool transplant.

Yes. In areas of Africa with higher milk drinking, more have the gene mutations leading to lactase persistence.

Many would desire elite teams. On the other hand, such capable programmers are not the norm. Most are stuck with what they get and have to make it work.

I dislike sacrificing purity, but I am capable of doing it. Most software is a hogpile of sh*t destined to rot. It simply won't last. Those sections that do (if it never has to be touched, it also didn't last) are usually subpar.

They'll slowly begin to realize it all and the well will further dry up for "bottom" 80% men. I do not discount the lower prioritisation of logical reasoning by most women. In any event, the top 20% is where they really want

It being 20% is stable. And mostly overlapping. It doesn't affect much. Women have a different set of measures compared to men, but both have a top 20%.

The online skew was brought to life. Most of those pairings aren't a committed relationship. That is, most people roam freely until older (and setup to realize that at most 5-10% of romantic pairings can be minimally mutually satisfyin

There are twice as many males on Tinder compared to women. Further, women swipe less often. 1 out of 2 people are at least unattractive, 1 out of 3 are outright attractive, and 1 out of 5 are hot. The top half is typically seen as viable by

I don't believe gains are that fragile. IGF-1 has a longer half-life. More important is overall surplus (hard gainers need more), nutrition, regular gym time, and low stress/catabolism. Normalize cortisol, insulin, and thyroid

There is a ratio. 5 mg + 0.5 * PUFA. For example, 20g PUFA = 15 mg vitamin E. It gets specific, as more is needed with longer chain PUFAs like DHA. Lipid peroxidation can also be handled with more vitamin A and 1g+ vitamin C (to recycle the

People are and can be naturally good looking. Many override average/mediocre genetics with makeup, money, status, gym time, etc. Unless extremely disfigured by genes, being appealing (enough) is a matter of time and effort.

A better work environment doesn't have any effect on tenure. Only the extremes make a difference. That is, lower when extremely bad and a bit longer when extremely good. According to the BLS, median tenure is 2.x years for those 25-34.
