Does Kobo have a similar collection of books? Allows you to purchase from Amazon? Otherwise the difference (and a huge one at that) is the collection of books available on Kindle.

Part of why Amazon is great is it being a place where you go to research things. I'd hate it if they close reviews to only people who have bought stuff at Amazon - it'll take away too many good reviews.

I have no cable. Al Jazeera/CNN/NBC on Roku have been far more useful than cable was. (Yes Al Jazeera has a 24/7 live stream on Roku "Newscast" channel).
