I got on the Node thing for awhile too, but went back to Java/JBoss/Tomcat/Spring. If you are skilled with the Java stack it is hard to beat for performance and breadth. If you are not, well, I admit the learning curve is steep.

Great advice! As a tech founder, I can build anything but I can't market for crap. Not only can't I do it, but I hate doing it. Don't get in my way and I won't get in yours, my non-tech partner. We'll go to some great places!

Something is not kosher with these numbers. Anyone going through the effort of publishing an app to the App Store will at least download it themselves and have at least a few friends or family members do the same.
