The RX 480 is far from ancient and is probably one of the best cards that I've used. When I RMA'd my RX 5700XT (which still crashes after RMA), this thing was a champ. This card is still king for 1080p gaming and can handle 1440p

Probably my favorite feature with fish is the improved globs. I can do **.pdf to recursively get all pdfs or *{.flac,.mp3} to only get flac and mp3 files from a directory.

The question is where to source alternatives. It is significantly harder to find products from alternative sources. For some products, the only solution is DIY.

That's true. Hopefully Ozone will be officially released in Chromium/Electron which will make this as simple as that. At least in Discord, XOrg screenshare always gave me trouble.

True, it's definitely not a daily driver at the moment, but the software will mature. My friend has one with an ATT sim, and calls+SMS works just fine on postmarketOS. The UI is really sluggish though.

Until the PinePhone gets 5Ghz, its unusable for me. I live in an apartment and 2.4Ghz has like 15% packet loss and only has 2Mbps downloads with stuttering and slow loads.

The great thing about OnePlus phones is that nearly all of them have LineageOS support. I just install this over OxygenOS. Also when I installed OxygenOS, I recall it asking if I wanted to provide analytics to them in the setup process.

To each their own, I've found with my ereader that backlight (or are they frontlights?) are pointless. During the day, I always use no backlight and I find it easier on the eyes just to turn a lamp on at night.

Wouldn't a keyboard be considered a mechanical interface still since you have mechanical springs, switches that convert into a digital signal which is what is used for most games.
