Personally, the Lego stuff was unreliable and a lot of time was spent by kids in making sure the robot worked across different conditions and there was a lot of pressure on them on ideal placement etc. Again, great things to learn for kids

It creates the problem of too many chefs but too few cooks. Too many people discussing how to best construct a thing vs actually constructing the thing.

Adderall. Frankly, Get yourself evaluated for ADHD and see if prescription can help. Even just knowing has done wonders for my mental health by making me more forgiving for the mistakes/inattention commonly associated with ADHD
